What advice would you give to your teenage self?

Buri aadatein hamare jeevan ko dhire-dhire nasht karti hain. Yeh aadatein na sirf hamari vyaktigat unnati ko rokti hain, balki hamare sharirik aur mansik swasthya par bhi prabhav daalti hain. Samaj mein ek sammaanit vyakti banne ke liye aur apni zindagi ko safal banane ke liye hamein buri aadaton se door rehna chahiye. Yeh lekh aapko buri aadaton ko pehchaanne, unse door hone aur ek sudharit jeevan jeene ki raah dikhayega.

Buri Aadatein Kya Hoti Hain..

Buri aadatein wo hoti hain jo hamein na sirf sharirik aur mansik roop se kamzor banati hain, balki hamare vyaktitva par bhi prabhav daalti hain. Kuch aam buri aadatein jo aam logon mein dekhi ja sakti hain…….

Alcohol Ka istmal n kare ye apko ander se khokla Kar deti hai ,to jitna ho sake utna duri banaye……. 

Kabhi bhi betting n kare aur iski lat n lgaye ye aap KO barbaad Kar Sakti hai.

laziness ,yeh insan KO kamyabi se rokta hai to ho sake utna khud activ rakhne ki kosis kare………..

Jhooth Bolna – Yeh vyakti ke samman aur vishwasniyata ko kam karta hai.

Gussa aur Chidchida Swabhav – Yeh vyakti ke samajik sambandhon ko bigaad sakta hai.

Samay Ka Galat Upyog – Yeh vyakti ki safalta ko rokta hai aur uska jeevan asafal bana sakta hai.

Buri Aadaton Ka Prabhav

Buri aadatein vyakti ke jeevan ke har pehlu ko prabhavit karti hain. Yeh na sirf uski vyaktigat unnati ko rokti hain, balki uske parivaar, mitron aur samaj par bhi bura prabhav daalti hain.

Sharirik Prabhav – Dhumrapan, madiraapan jaise bure vyasan swasthya ke liye hanikarak hote hain. Yeh bimariyon ko janm dete hain, jaise ki cancer, liver damage aur heart diseases.

Mansik Prabhav – Depression, stress aur anxiety badh sakti hai.

Samajik Prabhav – Jhooth bolna, vishwasghat karna aur gussa dikhana sambandhon ko bigaad sakta hai.

Aarthik Prabhav – Jua, vyasan aur alasy vyakti ki aarthik sthiti ko kamzor banate hain.

Buri Aadaton Se Mukti Kaise Payen?

Buri aadaton se door rahne ke liye hamein kuch mahatvapurn upaay apnane chahiye:

Swikar Karna – Pehla kadam hai ye swikar karna ki aapki kuch aadatein buri hain aur unhe badalne ki zaroorat hai.

Lakshya Nirdharan – Apne jeevan me ek spasht lakshya tay karein jisse aapko prerna mile.

Achhi Aadatein Vikshit Karna – Buri aadaton ki jagah achhi aadaton ko apnaane ka prayaas karein. Jaise vyayam, pustake padhna, yog aur dhyan karna.

Sakaratmak Soch – Hamesha sakaratmak soch rakhein aur apne udeshyon par dhyaan kendrit karein.

Anushasan – Anushasan me rehkar apne dincharya aur jeevan ko sudharne ka prayaas karein……..

Satsang Aur Achhe Mitra – Achhe logon ke sang rehkar aap buri aadaton se bach sakte hain……..

Vyakti Vishleshan – Apni aadaton aur vyavhaar ka samay-samay par vishleshan karein…….

Apko jitna ho sake Sant kosis kareApne mann ko majboot banane ke liye dhyan aur yog ka sahara lein…….

Naye jindagi Ki Shuruaat

Jab ek vyakti buri aadaton ko chhodkar ek naye jeevan ki shuruaat karta hai, to use apni jeevan shaili mein kuch mahatvapurn badlav karne hote hain…..

Apni dite achhi kar,Regular vyayam aur swasth bhojan ka palan karein.

Khud KO smbhale,Mann ko shant aur sudharit banane ke liye yog aur dhyan karein.

Naye Kaushalon Ka Vikas – Apni yogyata aur gyaan ko badhane ke liye naye kaushalon ko seekhein Thora khel kud me man lagao…. .

Samajik Zimmedari ,Apne parivaar aur samaj ke prati zimmedari samjhein aur achhe karm karein…….
